Chocolate topping cake:

- NECESSARY INGREDIENTS
eggs – 3 pcs.
yogurt – 1/2 cup
sugar – 1 cup
flour – 2 cups
baking powder – 1 pc.
oil – 1/2 cup - ABOUT THE TOPPING
chocolate – 2 pcs. large (milky) butter 1 – pcs
fresh milk – 2 tbsp.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Beat the eggs with the sugar, yogurt with baking powder in it and the oil. Add the flour and beat until homogeneous.
Pour the mixture into an oily and floured cake pan.
Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven for about 35 – 40 minutes or until ready. Let the cake cool well.
Break the chocolate into small pieces put it in a water bath to melt along with the milk and butter, stir to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the cooled cake with the warm glaze (topping) and leave to tighten the pan. Enjoy your meal!
